Accounts Receivable (AR) Collection Assistant

                  Duties and Responsibilities:                                                                           QUALIFICATIONS:

                 1. Monitoring and Reporting                                                                             Education:

                    – Monitor accounts receivable aging report                                            – Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology

                    – identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts                  Business Administration, Financial Management,      

                    – Prepare weekly and monthly collection reports                                     or other related course.                           

                    – Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies                                 Experience:

                2. Collection and Client Coordination                                                         – At least 6 months – 1 year experience in Accounts

                    – Send Statement of Accounts (SOA) and overdue notices                         receivable, Billing or Credit & Collection

                    – Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and written demand letters              – Experience in installment-based accounts is an advantage

                    – Maintain professional communication with clients at all times

                3. Documentation and Record Keeping                                                                SKILLS:

                    – Maintain updated collection records and communication logs                  – Strong knowledge of AR processes and aging analysis

                    – Coordinate with Accounting for proper posting of payments                    – Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot,tables,formulas)

                    – Assist in preparing documents for legal endorsement when necessary    – Good communication skills

                    – Ensure complete documentation for installment sales and contracts.       – Detail-oriented and organized

                4. Compliance & Internal Control                                                                         – Ability to handle difficult accounts professionally

                    – Ensure compliance with company credit policies                                          WORK LOCATION:

                    – Observe confidentiality and Data Privacy regulations                                             Lipa City, Batangas

                    – Support internal and external audit requirements related to receivables
