Important notes:
- Payments can be made through any BDO BRANCH using BDO Payment Slip or online payments.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Interest on delayed installment payments shall be charged at the rate of 2% per month.
- Prices include 10% Perpetual Care Fund (PCF), 12% VAT and Documentary Stamp Tax (DST). including the cutting of the grass, pruning of shrubs and general preservation of the grounds.
- Prices exclude Transfer Fees, government taxes, Cost of Interment/Inurnment and other memorial park products and services.
- Individual lot measures 2.5X1m; Double-depth underground internment for all lot types.
- To maintain the concept of the Park, elevated markers, memorial structures, LED lights and devices installed by customers
are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED Mausoleums are not allowed to be constructed inside the Park UNLESS specified by CCDC. - When the need arises, full settlement is required. Three days’ advance notice and fully paid interment fees are strictly enforced. Marble
Markers with CCDC specifications are permitted. - Reservation is valid until 15 calendar days only.
- Additional 10% for at-need cases.
