Online Payment
If you wish to pay online, please follow the steps and submit the form below.
Step 1: Make the payment
For LTP Clients with BDO accounts
- Login to your BDO Mobile banking app.
- Go to Enrollment Services
- click “Enroll Company/Biller”
- search “CROSS CREEK DEV’T CORP” then click
- select Payment Channels “Online/Mobile Banking”
- type Payment Details such as:
- Subscriber Number (purchase agreement number) found at 1st issued Official Receipt (downpayment).
- Subscriber’s Name: (buyer’s full name)
- click “Continue”
- click “Continue” again to confirm.
- Once enrolled, go to Pay Bills.
Other ways of payment
- Over the counter payment using BDO Deposit Slip.
* Cash (blue slip)
* Check (orange slip) - Online fund transfer FROM other bank to BDO.
- Online fund transfer FROM BDO to BDO.
- GCASH Fund Transfer

Step 2: Take a screenshot
Using your mobile phone, take a photo or screenshot of your proof of payment. You can also use a scanner if available to scan deposit slips.
Step 3: Fill in and submit the form below
Step 4: Wait for a confirmation email
Once our cashier has verified your payment. We will send you a confirmation together with a soft copy of your official receipt. Please allow 3-5 days for your transaction to process.
