PARK RULES & REGULATIONS

Park hours for visitation of the grounds and columbarium are from 6am-9pm, 365 days a year.

Do not leave personal belongings unattended.

You have to bring home your own candle holders, LED lights, devices, memorial structures, and other accessories.

Our guards and staff are not allowed to accept and keep your items on your behalf. We are not responsible for its loss.

The following are PROHIBITED

  • Practice driving,
  • Littering and smoking inside the venues.
  • Firearms, drugs and alcohol are not allowed inside the park.

Visiting Rules

  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times, especially in the lagoon areas.
  • Do not leave personal belongings unattended.
  • Solicitation of tips is a violation of our company code and discipline. Please report to our officers any forms of solicitation by giving the names of our personnel involved for appropriate action.
  • Please report to our officers any misconduct, discourtesy or wrongdoings of our office staff, janitorial and security personnel.
  • Pets must be leashed. Pet owners must clean up and properly dispose of waste.
  • CCDC will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to vehicles or their accessories while inside the park.
  • Please talk to our officers if you want to use any facilities inside the park like function hall and gazebo.
  • All litter must be dispensed in trash containers.
  • To maintain the concept of the park, elevated markers, memorial structures, led lights and devices installed by customers are strictly not allowed.
  • To prevent grass fire, lighted candles left behind are strictly prohibited.

We are not responsible for its loss this is a policy for your strict compliance to maintain the concept, cleanliness and fire safety of the park.

Flowers, vases, markers and elevated structures

  • The placing of candle holders, vases, shells, toys, metal designs, ornaments, settees, glass, crockery, wood or iron cases, chairs, and similar articles and materials hazardous to lawn mowers shall not be permitted. If so placed, CCDC reserves the right to remove the same.
  • CCDC reserves the right to remove any arrangement or container that is considered unsightly.
  • No holes are to be dug in the ground.
  • Potted plants and special arrangements will be permitted upon lots and graves at Christmas, easter, memorial day, and other special occasions. If such special containers and arrangements are not called for in seven(7) days, they may be eliminated at the park administrator’s discretion.
  • Flowers are permitted in memorial vase assemblies and bouquets. Flowers will be allowed to remain as long as their beauty prevails or remains in a season. The park administrator may have the option to dispose of dried flowers.
  • La Travesia Park is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to flower arrangements or to any containers collected from the ground.
  • In order that improvements be kept in uniform, CCDC reserves the right to regulate and not allow elevated markers, memorial structures, led lights, and candles with metal ornaments placed on top of the blue pearl granite marker. CCDC will have to right to remove it if necessary.
  • Only in-house-produced marker (lapida) is allowed inside the Park. All written elements of the marker shall be set in uniform as prescribed by the management of CCDC.
