La Travesia Park Lipa offers cremation services to meet your needs and preferences. One of the benefits of cremation is the flexibility it offers for memorialization. You can choose from interring them in a columbarium which we had also here at La Travesia.

Requirements
- Death Certificate (Local Civil Registry)
- Transfer Permit (if outside Lipa) (City Health Office)
- Request for Cremation w/ Authorization (Lipa City Health Office)
- Affidavit of Undertaking (notarized) (Lipa City Health Office)
- Senior Citizen/PWD I.D. (Deceased) (direct cremation)
- Exhumation Permit (if bone cremation)
Notes:
Cremation services starting 4pm onwards will have an additional fee Php 2,500.00
